- 1 cup of fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup of fresh blueberries
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 1 package of store-bought pound cake, sliced
- 1/4 cup of melted butter

- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries and blueberries.
- In another bowl, mix the melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Dip each pound cake slice into the butter mixture and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake the pound cake slices for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Once the cake slices are done, layer them with the mixed berries and whipped cream in a serving dish.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
