- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 large onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 12 hamburger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and onion for toppings
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, diced onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Brush the cooked patties with barbecue sauce during the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce, tomato, and onion.

- You can grill the patties instead of baking them for a smoky flavor.
