- 2 cups Mixed Vegetables (Frozen)
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- While the chicken is roasting, heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the frozen mixed vegetables and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Add soy sauce to the vegetables and stir to combine.
- Once the chicken is done, slice it and serve it over the sautéed vegetables.
