Easy Summer Desserts That Require Almost No Baking Magic

Cool off this summer with these delicious desserts that require almost no baking. Perfect for hot days when you want something sweet without heating up the kitchen.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 package (12 oz) graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the whipped cream and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt and half of the mixed berries together.
  4. To assemble, layer graham crackers at the bottom of a serving dish.
  5. Spread a layer of the yogurt and berry mixture over the graham crackers.
  6. Add a layer of whipped cream on top of the yogurt layer.
  7. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of whipped cream.
  8. Top with the remaining mixed berries and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the graham crackers to soften.

Notes

  • You can use any combination of fruits you prefer.
  • For a chocolate version, add cocoa powder to the whipped cream or use chocolate pudding instead of yogurt.
