  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup sticky rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the sticky rice according to package instructions.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides.
  4. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken and reduce heat to low. Simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. While the chicken is cooking, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes until tender.
  6. Once everything is cooked, plate the sticky rice, sliced teriyaki chicken, and roasted broccoli. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the broccoli before serving.
