Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 lbs flank steak
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, honey, garlic, black pepper, salt, oregano, and paprika.
- Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for best flavor.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade, allowing the excess to drip off.
- Grill the flank steak for 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until it reaches your desired doneness.
- Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice against the grain into thin strips and serve.
