Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until no streaks remain.
- Pour the lemon mixture into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
- Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Before serving, let the pie sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes to soften slightly.
