Delicious and refreshing frozen strawberry yogurt popsicles that are easy to make and perfect for a hot day.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
- To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.

Notes
- You can substitute other berries or fruits if you prefer.
- For a creamier texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt.
