- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup Mixed berries
- 1/4 cup Chopped nuts
- 2 tablespoons Dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup, if using. Mix until smooth.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Sprinkle the mixed berries, chopped nuts, and dark chocolate chips over the yogurt.
- Gently press the toppings into the yogurt to ensure they stick.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
- Once frozen, break the yogurt bark into pieces and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
- You can use any combination of berries or even other fruits like bananas or mango.
- For a sweeter bark, adjust the amount of honey or maple syrup to taste.
- Feel free to add other toppings such as granola or coconut flakes.
