- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped (or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper.
- Add the steak to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Once cooked, remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter.
- Add the minced garlic and thyme to the melted butter, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the garlic butter sauce.
- Cook for an additional minute, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the steak bites in garlic, olive oil, and herbs for a few hours before cooking.
- Serve with your favorite side, like mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables.
- Feel free to add a splash of Worcestershire sauce for additional depth of flavor.
