  • Author: ushinzomr

Description

These Garlic Butter Steak Bites are tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. Perfectly seared and coated in a rich garlic butter sauce, they make for a quick and delicious meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped (or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the steak to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  4. Once cooked, remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter.
  6. Add the minced garlic and thyme to the melted butter, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  7. Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the garlic butter sauce.
  8. Cook for an additional minute, allowing the flavors to meld.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the steak bites in garlic, olive oil, and herbs for a few hours before cooking.
  • Serve with your favorite side, like mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables.
  • Feel free to add a splash of Worcestershire sauce for additional depth of flavor.
