- 4 salmon fillets
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the garlic herb butter mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
- You can substitute the fresh herbs with dried herbs if fresh are not available.
- For an extra crispy top, broil the salmon for the last 2 minutes of cooking.
