Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the garlic herb butter mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve with lemon wedges.
