- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and immediately toss the wings with the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, you can broil them for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
- Feel free to adjust the amount of garlic and Parmesan cheese to suit your taste.
