- 1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, toss the asparagus with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the asparagus directly on the grill or on a grill basket.
- Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until the asparagus is tender and has nice grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
- Serve warm.
