Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Mix in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with non-stick spray or butter.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil.
- Place the pan on the grill and cook for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove the brownies from the grill and let them cool before cutting into squares.
