- 2 flatbreads
- 1 lb chicken breast, grilled and sliced
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1 cup arugula
- 1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush flatbreads with olive oil on both sides and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill flatbreads for 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly charred.
- Remove flatbreads from the grill and layer with grilled chicken, peach slices, and arugula.
- Sprinkle goat cheese over the top and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Slice and serve immediately.
