Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the halloumi slices.
  3. Place the halloumi on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  4. While the cheese is grilling, prepare the watermelon cubes and arrange them on a serving platter.
