- 8 oz halloumi cheese, sliced
- 4 cups watermelon, cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Balsamic glaze for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Drizzle olive oil over the halloumi slices.
- Place the halloumi on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- While the cheese is grilling, prepare the watermelon cubes and arrange them on a serving platter.
- Once the halloumi is done, place it on top of the watermelon.
- Sprinkle with chopped mint, and season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
