Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the grill and serve with lemon wedges.
