A refreshing summer salad featuring sweet grilled watermelon paired with tangy feta cheese and fresh herbs.
Ingredients

- 4 cups Watermelon
- 1 cup Feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup Fresh mint leaves
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the watermelon cubes on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until grill marks appear.
- Remove the watermelon from the grill and let it cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, combine the grilled watermelon, crumbled feta, chopped mint, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
- Serve immediately, or chill briefly in the refrigerator before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, try drizzling a bit of honey over the salad before serving.
- Feel free to substitute the mint with basil for a different flavor profile.
