Description

A refreshing summer salad featuring sweet grilled watermelon paired with tangy feta cheese and fresh herbs.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups Watermelon
  • 1 cup Feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Fresh mint leaves
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the watermelon cubes on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until grill marks appear.
  3. Remove the watermelon from the grill and let it cool slightly.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the grilled watermelon, crumbled feta, chopped mint, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
  7. Serve immediately, or chill briefly in the refrigerator before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, try drizzling a bit of honey over the salad before serving.
