Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the sliced zucchini to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
