- 1 pound ground beef (or ground turkey)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, green onions, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the honey sriracha glaze. In a small saucepan, combine honey, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and transfer to a large bowl. Pour the honey sriracha glaze over the meatballs and gently toss to coat.
- Serve the meatballs warm, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
