Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cubed honeydew melon and arugula or mixed greens.
  2. Tear the prosciutto slices into smaller pieces and add them to the bowl.
