Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add broccoli and a splash of water. Cover and steam for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Remove broccoli and set aside with chicken.
  6. In the skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  7. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Return chicken and broccoli to the skillet, coating them in the creamy garlic sauce.
  9. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
