- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add broccoli and a splash of water. Cover and steam for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Remove broccoli and set aside with chicken.
- In the skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Return chicken and broccoli to the skillet, coating them in the creamy garlic sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
