Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides.
- Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the skillet and cook for 7-8 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden.
- Flip the chicken thighs over and reduce the heat to medium. Cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
