Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup Key lime juice
  • 1 can (14 oz) Sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 large Egg yolks
  • for topping Whipped cream
  • for garnish Lime zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
  4. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from oven and let cool.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the key lime juice, sweetened condensed milk, and egg yolks until fully combined.
  6. Pour the lime mixture into the cooled crust.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until set. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
