This refreshing Key Lime Pie features a zesty lime filling on a buttery graham cracker crust, topped with whipped cream.

- 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup Granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup Key lime juice
- 1 can (14 oz) Sweetened condensed milk
- 3 large Egg yolks
- for topping Whipped cream
- for garnish Lime zest
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
- Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from oven and let cool.
- In another bowl, whisk together the key lime juice, sweetened condensed milk, and egg yolks until fully combined.
- Pour the lime mixture into the cooled crust.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until set. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with lime zest.
