- 2 cups Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
- 2 tablespoons Honey or agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- a few sprigs Mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or agave syrup), and lemon juice. Mix well until smooth.
- In serving glasses or bowls, layer the fresh berries and the yogurt mixture. Start with a layer of berries, then add a layer of yogurt, and repeat until the glasses are filled.
- Top with additional berries and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
- Serve immediately for a refreshing light dessert.
Notes
- Feel free to use any combination of berries you like.
- You can also add granola or nuts for an extra crunch if desired.
- This dessert is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for a day.
