Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • a few sprigs Mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or agave syrup), and lemon juice. Mix well until smooth.
  2. In serving glasses or bowls, layer the fresh berries and the yogurt mixture. Start with a layer of berries, then add a layer of yogurt, and repeat until the glasses are filled.
  3. Top with additional berries and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  4. Serve immediately for a refreshing light dessert.

Notes

  • Feel free to use any combination of berries you like.
  • You can also add granola or nuts for an extra crunch if desired.
  • This dessert is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for a day.
