Crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, these loaded avocado fries are the perfect appetizer or snack. Topped with cheese, bacon, and a drizzle of ranch dressing, they are sure to be a hit!

- 2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- Chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each avocado half in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated avocado halves on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Drizzle with ranch dressing and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Make sure the avocados are ripe but firm to avoid mushy fries.
- You can customize the toppings to your liking; try adding jalapeños or other favorite toppings.
