  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the corn, cotija cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Pour the corn mixture evenly over the tortilla chips.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with chopped cilantro and jalapeño slices if using.
