Description
These refreshing mango popsicles are a perfect way to cool down on a hot day. Made with ripe mangoes, coconut milk, and a hint of lime, they are deliciously tropical and easy to make!

- 2 large ripe mangoes
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
- a pinch salt
Instructions
- Peel and chop the mangoes, then place them in a blender.
- Add the coconut milk, lime juice, honey (or agave syrup), and a pinch of salt to the blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Pour the mango mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
- To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds until they release.
