- 2 ripe mangoes
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 jalapeño pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 lime

- 1 bag tortilla chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine diced mangoes, red onion, red bell pepper, jalapeño, and chopped cilantro.
- Drizzle lime juice over the mixture and sprinkle with salt. Toss gently to combine.
- Let the salsa sit for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve the mango salsa with tortilla chips.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less jalapeño.
- For a twist, add diced avocado or black beans to the salsa.
