- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and ensure they are fully submerged. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In another bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, thyme, and rosemary.
- Remove chicken from the buttermilk marinade and allow excess to drip off. Dredge each piece in the flour mixture, ensuring an even coating.
- Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle melted butter over the top of each piece.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
