Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  6. Pour the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
  8. Slice and serve, optionally topped with your favorite fruit or sauce.
