- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- Pour the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
- Slice and serve, optionally topped with your favorite fruit or sauce.
Notes
- For best results, use full-fat cream cheese for a richer flavor and texture.
- You can customize the topping with fresh berries, chocolate sauce, or caramel.
- Keep leftovers stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
