Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture. Stir until smooth.
  4. Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
