  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped or halved
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn syrup, brown sugar, granulated sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the pecans until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust.
  6. Bake for 60 to 70 minutes, or until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for at least 2 hours before slicing.
