Description
Classic Pigs in a Blanket are the perfect party appetizer. Juicy cocktail sausages wrapped in flaky crescent dough, baked to golden perfection. Serve them with your favorite dipping sauces for a delicious treat!

- 1 package (about 12 oz) Cocktail sausages
- 1 can (8 oz) Crescent roll dough
- 1 large Egg (for egg wash)
- optional Dijon mustard (for serving)
- optional Ketchup (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place one cocktail sausage at the wide end of each triangle and roll it up towards the pointed end.
- Place the rolled sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk the egg and brush it over the tops of the rolled sausages for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with Dijon mustard and ketchup for dipping.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can sprinkle some poppy seeds or sesame seeds on top before baking.
