Description

Classic Pigs in a Blanket are the perfect party appetizer. Juicy cocktail sausages wrapped in flaky crescent dough, baked to golden perfection. Serve them with your favorite dipping sauces for a delicious treat!


Ingredients

  • 1 package (about 12 oz) Cocktail sausages
  • 1 can (8 oz) Crescent roll dough
  • 1 large Egg (for egg wash)
  • optional Dijon mustard (for serving)
  • optional Ketchup (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. Place one cocktail sausage at the wide end of each triangle and roll it up towards the pointed end.
  4. Place the rolled sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk the egg and brush it over the tops of the rolled sausages for a golden finish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
