  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice or raspberry juice (for color and flavor)

  • Lemon slices and fresh mint for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Add the cold water to the pitcher and stir to mix well.
  3. Pour in the cranberry juice or raspberry juice and mix until combined. Adjust sweetness or tartness by adding more sugar or water to taste.
  4. Serve the pink lemonade over ice cubes in glasses. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint if desired.

Notes

  • For a fizzy version, replace some of the cold water with sparkling water.
