- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup unsalted pistachios, shelled and roughly chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (optional, for drizzling)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Once melted, stir in the vanilla extract if using.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer.
- Sprinkle the chopped pistachios evenly over the melted chocolate, followed by a sprinkle of sea salt.
- If using, melt the white chocolate chips and drizzle over the top of the pistachios for decoration.
- Refrigerate the bark for at least 1 hour or until completely set.
- Once set, break the bark into pieces and serve or store in an airtight container.
Notes
