  • 1 cup unsalted pistachios, shelled and roughly chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  3. Once melted, stir in the vanilla extract if using.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios evenly over the melted chocolate, followed by a sprinkle of sea salt.
  6. If using, melt the white chocolate chips and drizzle over the top of the pistachios for decoration.
  7. Refrigerate the bark for at least 1 hour or until completely set.
