  • 1/4 cup (50g) powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Chopped pistachios for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, pistachio paste, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Using a whisk or an electric mixer, whip the mixture until it reaches stiff peaks.
  4. Carefully slice each croissant in half horizontally.
  5. Generously fill each croissant with the pistachio cream mixture.
