- 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic, black pepper, paprika, salt, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the pork cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for best flavor.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated pork onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For additional flavor, you can add vegetables such as bell peppers, onions, or zucchini to the skewers.
- Make sure the pork is cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) for safe consumption.
