Description

These delicious pork skewers are marinated to perfection and grilled for a smoky flavor that will leave your guests begging for more. Perfect for summer barbecues or weeknight dinners!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic, black pepper, paprika, salt, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Add the pork cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for best flavor.
  3. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated pork onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
  6. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  7. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For additional flavor, you can add vegetables such as bell peppers, onions, or zucchini to the skewers.
  • Make sure the pork is cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) for safe consumption.
