Ingredients

- 1 lb (450g) Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
- 1/2 cup (120ml) milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the Velveeta cheese, diced tomatoes with green chilies, and milk.
- Stir frequently until the cheese is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Reduce heat to low and keep warm until ready to serve.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add more cayenne pepper or diced jalapeños.
- You can use shredded cheese instead of Velveeta for a different texture.
