- 2 cups Pasta (Any type of pasta will work.)
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil (For sautéing.)
- 3 cloves Garlic (Minced.)
- 1 pint Cherry tomatoes (Halved.)
- 1/4 cup Fresh basil (Chopped.)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (Grated, for serving.)
- to taste Salt (For seasoning.)
- to taste Black pepper (For seasoning.)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked pasta and chopped basil. Toss everything together until well combined.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
