  • 1 pint Cherry tomatoes (Halved.)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil (Chopped.)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (Grated, for serving.)
  • to taste Salt (For seasoning.)
  • to taste Black pepper (For seasoning.)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in the cooked pasta and chopped basil. Toss everything together until well combined.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
