Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh raspberries and lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the fresh raspberries and granulated sugar. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the raspberry mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove the seeds.
- Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and cold water to the pitcher. Stir well to combine.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.
- Serve over ice cubes and garnish with fresh raspberries and lemon slices.
Notes
- For a sparkling version, substitute cold water with sparkling water.
- Adjust the ratio of raspberries and lemons to suit your taste preference.
