Ingredients

- 4 cups water
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Mint sprigs and raspberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
- Add the fresh raspberries and mint leaves to the boiling water.
- Remove from heat and let steep for about 10 minutes.
- Strain the mixture into a pitcher, discarding the solids.
- Stir in honey or agave syrup while the tea is still warm.
- Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
- Serve over ice and garnish with mint sprigs and raspberries if desired.
Notes
- For a stronger flavor, adjust the amount of raspberries and mint to your preference.
- This tea can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
