Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint sprigs and raspberries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add the fresh raspberries and mint leaves to the boiling water.
  3. Remove from heat and let steep for about 10 minutes.
  4. Strain the mixture into a pitcher, discarding the solids.
  5. Stir in honey or agave syrup while the tea is still warm.
  6. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
  7. Serve over ice and garnish with mint sprigs and raspberries if desired.

Notes

  • For a stronger flavor, adjust the amount of raspberries and mint to your preference.
