Ingredients

  • 1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 8 slider buns
  • 8 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Layer the roast beef evenly over the bottom halves of the buns.
  5. Top each slider with a slice of Swiss cheese.
  6. Drizzle the sauce mixture evenly over the roast beef and cheese.
  7. Cover with the top halves of the buns.
  8. Brush the tops of the buns with any remaining sauce mixture.
  9. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
