- 1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
- 8 slider buns
- 8 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the roast beef evenly over the bottom halves of the buns.
- Top each slider with a slice of Swiss cheese.
- Drizzle the sauce mixture evenly over the roast beef and cheese.
- Cover with the top halves of the buns.
- Brush the tops of the buns with any remaining sauce mixture.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
