A delicious and easy shrimp boil recipe perfect for gatherings and summer cookouts.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds large shrimp, deveined
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1 pound corn on the cob, cut into thirds
- 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, halved
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- Salt to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of water to a boil.
- Add the Old Bay seasoning, garlic, and lemon halves to the boiling water.
- Add the potatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes until tender.
- Add the corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Finally, add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-5 minutes.
- Drain the pot and return the shrimp, potatoes, and corn to the pot.
- Add the butter and toss to coat. Season with salt to taste.
- Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
