- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until smooth.
- Add in the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and hot sauce (if using). Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a heatproof dish or a cast iron skillet.
- Place the dish in the smoker and smoke for about 1 hour, or until the dip is heated through and slightly bubbly.
- Remove from the smoker and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the dip with your favorite spices or add-ins, such as cooked bacon or jalapeños.
- For a thicker dip, reduce the amount of sour cream.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and reheated in the smoker or oven.
