Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil, plus more for drizzling
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt, for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, instant yeast, salt, and sugar.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients, and mix until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.
  4. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  5. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil and transfer the risen dough onto it, spreading it out gently with your fingers.
  6. Using your fingers, make dimples all over the surface of the dough.
  7. Drizzle more olive oil over the dough, sprinkle with chopped rosemary and sea salt.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes
