Description
Delicious and tender steak bites coated in garlic butter, cooked to perfection in an air fryer for a quick and easy meal.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the steak pieces with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange the seasoned steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- While the steak is cooking, mix the melted butter with minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Once the steak bites are cooked to your desired doneness, remove them from the air fryer and immediately drizzle the garlic butter over them. Toss to coat.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the steak bites in your favorite steak marinade for 1-2 hours before cooking.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer’s model and the thickness of the steak bites.
