  • Author: ushinzomr

Description

Delicious and tender steak bites coated in garlic butter, cooked to perfection in an air fryer for a quick and easy meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the steak pieces with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  3. Arrange the seasoned steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  4. While the steak is cooking, mix the melted butter with minced garlic in a small bowl.
  5. Once the steak bites are cooked to your desired doneness, remove them from the air fryer and immediately drizzle the garlic butter over them. Toss to coat.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the steak bites in your favorite steak marinade for 1-2 hours before cooking.
  • Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer’s model and the thickness of the steak bites.
