Instructions
- Remove the steaks from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before grilling.
- Preheat your grill to high heat (about 450°F to 500°F).
- Pat the steaks dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Rub each steak with olive oil, then season generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder on both sides.
- Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side without moving them.
- Flip the steaks and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
- Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature: 130°F for medium-rare, 145°F for medium.
