Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (adjust based on sweetness of strawberries)
  • 1 cup coconut water or water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the chopped strawberries, sugar, coconut water (or water), and lemon juice.
  2. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  4. Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
  5. To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds until they release.

Notes
