Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the corn, cherry tomatoes, red onion, basil, and feta cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the corn mixture and toss to combine.
  4. Let the salad sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
